The Green Machine is fired up and ready for game day in Wagga Wagga.

The NRL blockbuster between the Canberra Raiders and Melbourne Storm at McDonalds Park kicks off at 3pm on Saturday (9 April).

In a show of support to the NRL club, which has adopted Wagga Wagga as its regional home and recently extended their long-term partnership, the city has turned green, with Raiders flags lining the main street.

Mayor of the City of Wagga Wagga Councillor Dallas Tout said it is great to see that we are expecting another big crowd for the match.

“Our community has shown how much it appreciates the opportunity to see a game of this calibre in their own back yard,” Cr Tout said.
