Wagga Wagga will burst into life with sights, sounds, tastes and scents from around the world for Fusion16 – and you can be a part of it.
Expressions of interest are open now for Wagga's annual celebration of cultural diversity, community harmony and the arts. This year's multicultural street festival will take place on Saturday 15 October, from 4pm to 9.30pm.
In 2015, a huge crowd of more than 10,000 flocked to the Victory Memorial Gardens and Civic Precinct to taste food from around the world and experience a diverse range of entertainment, including community performers.
"Fusion is about celebrating the food, music, art and cultures that mix together to make our community unique and liveable," Director Environment and Community Services Janice Summerhayes said."This year's festival is set to be bigger and better and you can be a part of it – whether it's to be part of the eclectic performances, make mouth-watering food, sell local produce or create a pop-up shop."
Expressions of interest will be accepted until 5pm Friday 26 August. No late applications will be considered. Applicants will be notified of the results of their application by Monday 12 September.

We are seeking to showcase a contemporary mix of products by independent creative producers and micro-businesses including, but not limited to textiles, jewellery, ceramics, homewares, paper based products, clothing and accessories as well as ecologically sustainable products made from recycling and up-cycling all kinds of discarded and found materials.
