Fusion 18 is the city’s premier celebration of live music, street food, culture and art – and you can be a part of it.

Each year, more than 10,000 people soak up the vibrant festival atmosphere in the heart of Wagga Wagga with entertainment, fun activities and alleyway-style eateries.

Applications are now open for food vendors, local performers and pop-up stalls to add to the sights, sounds and flavours from across the globe at Fusion 18.

Council’s Director Community Janice Summerhayes said this year’s festival is expected to draw another huge crowd from the region and interstate.

“Fusion has gone from strength-to-strength and we are expecting in excess of 10,000 people at this year’s festival on Saturday 20 October in the Civic Precinct,” she said.

“Planning for Fusion 18 is underway and we’re curating another diverse line up of entertainment to be announced closer to the festival.

“Along with the live music, the street food precinct is one of the most popular parts of Fusion and last year we had food from 25 different countries.

“If you can add your cuisine to the menu, then submit your expression of interest before 24 August.

“We’re also looking for community performers and pop-up stalls to help add to the vibrant festival atmosphere.”

To apply, visit www.wagga.nsw.gov.au/fusion and make your submission before 5pm Friday 24 August.
