Riverside's new stage works progress

Structural steel has been installed as the new stage takes shape and work progresses at the Riverside project site.

Despite recent wet weather delays and consistently changing river heights, work has continued on Stage 2 of the project at the Wagga Wagga Beach precinct.

The new amenities block has reached lock-up stage and the playground is more than 70 percent complete with the large towers installed and majority of the key equipment either installed or delivered.

Concrete works are underway for the shared path and pavement.

The expected completion date is April 2022, weather permitting.
