Survey to understand and identify community priorities for Council

Wagga Wagga City Council advises residents they may be contacted by an independent researcher as part of our Community Satisfaction Survey, which was launched yesterday.
Micromex Research has been engaged to conduct the community-wide perceptions survey on Council's performance over the past three years.
During January 2024, a random selection of residents aged over 18 will be interviewed over the phone (mobile and landline).
They will be asked to rank Council’s performance based on indicators like customer service, community facilities and service delivery.
Council’s Executive Manager, Regional Activation – Projects Christine Priest says the survey looks at long-term trends and priorities across a broad range of our services and facilities.
“The survey is conducted via phone and we are seeking residents from all demographics to ensure the participation is reflective of our community demographic profile,” Ms Priest said.
“We are encouraging those who are approached to participate in this important information gathering process.
“The survey only takes around 15 minutes to complete, and it helps us to understand and identify community priorities.
“The high-level feedback from the survey will be shared with the community and will help inform future planning for the city and how we interact with the community.”
If you have any concerns or questions about the survey, please contact Council’s Customer Service team on 1300 292 442.
